入住大阪希爾頓酒店期間,本來是想試源氏的壽司放題,但到店時發現壽司放題太受歡迎滿額了! (平日在高級酒店吃即弄壽司都要數千Yen啦, 這裡放題價都只是6500 yen真係極便宜)

朴葉味噌和牛西冷 - 十個讚!!!!
雖然之前曾在香港嚐過和牛,但源氏這道朴葉味噌和牛西冷真是超美味,和牛入口即溶, 是像吃雪糕那一種溶在舌尖上的感覺,加上牛肉滲出淡淡朴葉及味噌香味,真是一試難忙。 (後悔沒有追加 1300 yen加大和牛至120g)
鵝肝和牛柳 - 由於朴葉味噌和牛西冷實在太出色的關係,鵝肝和牛柳相比之下失色了,但其實都是上級味道,只是入口即溶沒太明顯
