古法滷製,入味而嫩,牛腩肥美帶筋脂位,又肥又甘香,煮到好入味好軟淋,無渣
牛肚爽口彈牙,唔會太過濃,保留口感,牛筋入味而有韌性,粗身厚身
可配粉或麵,總之份量就係好大碗,加十蚊有油菜,抵食夾大碗
選配河粉,我係無食午餐先食得曬咁大碗,見到隔離好多人都食唔曬

上次食牛腩今次食魚蛋魚片頭仲有雲吞水餃標明全魚肉打成,同平時食既魚蛋有唔同口感,無咁爽身同彈牙,明顯粉少好多

口感嫩而滑,魚味濃鮮甜有肉汁,唔會好爽口但好食,仲配菜底,$30抵食另外試埋每日新鮮包既水餃雲吞,可雙拼配粉麵
雲吞薄皮而嫩,餡料飽滿,有蝦同豬肉,幾好食唔重口,蝦身爽甜
水餃夠脆,皮又薄,夠大隻,餡料多,木耳絲加埋肉餡好豐富
加凍飲加菜都唔洗100蚊,好抵食
